Is this really a free service?
Yes, it’s completely free. The venue will pay us a commission for bringing them the business, so we are able to offer this service free to our clients.
So do the venues charge us more to cover your commission?
No. We ensure that the venue charges you exactly the same as if you’d found it yourself. Sometimes less, as we often bring venues repeat business and can demand a better rate for you.
Can we go and see the venues?
Absolutely. We try and see venues first hand ourselves as much as possible, and we can always arrange site visits for you, accompanied or not, it’s up to you. We can create detailed itineraries for visiting a destination and ensure you are met at each place along the way by someone we’ll have already told you about beforehand.
How does it work?
Asking us for help can work loads of ways. Email us, fill out our contact form, or pick up the phone and have a chat. We will get back to you within a maximum of two hours of any enquiry coming in. Once we know what you need, we create a proposal outlining the venues we believe to be ideal for your event and you choose. The proposals offer images, costs, a breakdown of the services and any other information you request. We can arrange site visits and negotiate terms on your behalf. It couldn’t be easier.
Are we obliged to retain your services?
No. If you don’t want the venues we present, you are under no obligation to book them. Just let us know and we can go back to the drawing board.
Are there minimum numbers?
No. We are happy to work with groups of all sizes and in any location.
How do we book?
Once you are decided on your venue, we will confirm in writing with you to ensure all the details are covered, and you can then work one of two ways. Either contract to us or direct to the venue, whichever is easiest for you. We can be flexible on this.
Sounds too good to be true.
It’s not, honestly. It’s a win-win situation for everyone. The venue enjoys business it might not otherwise have had, the client receives a great service without paying anything, and we are paid for our rather super and professional services.
